MINUTES OF THE MEETING

7:00 PM                                               -           Invocation led by Bro. Efren followed by the

singing of pambansang awit

7:30 PM                                               -           Introduction of alumni member

-         Bro Gerry Bacud serve as the presiding officer,he suggested that there will be a proper election of officers.

-         Bro. Charlo suggested that the  interim set of officers will become permanent officers for 2 years

-         Bro. Eddie Caneda agree and second deed the motion of Bro. Charlo

-         The body unanimously voted majority the motion of Bro. Charlo

-         Bro. Lito suggested that there must be a peace keeping officers composed of 2

-         It was agreed by the body

-         Bro. Eddie Caneda and Bro. Rudy Penera designated by majority as peace officers

-         The elected set officers are:

 

President          -           Bro. Gerry Bacud

V-President      -           Bro. Nestor Alutaya

Secretary          -           Bro. Nicanor G Porpayas

Treasurer          -           Sis Gemma Entendez

Auditor -           Bro. Boy Ga

P.I.O                -           Bro. Addy Taliman

Peace Officers              -           1.  Bro. Eddie Caneda

2.      Bro. Rudy Penera

-         The second agenda discussed during the meeting was the scheduling of regular meeting by all regular members of Alpha Sigma Phi, Surigao del Norte Alumni Association.

-         Bro. Fred Tiu suggested that the regular meeting will be scheduled quarterly.

-         Bro. charlo suggested that the regular meeting will be every monthly.

-         The body majority voted that the meeting will be every month and set every last Friday at 5 P.M

-         The venue depends on the members who will volunteer to host the venue.

Creation of Recruitement Committee
 
  The meeting was not in quorum, in order to have a considerable number of attendance the officers and the rest of the members who attended the regular meeting agreed to send notice to all regular members of Surigao del Norte/City Alpha Sigs 1 week prior to the next schedule of regular meeting and in-order to realize the main objective of the organization which is to revive and expand the Surigao City Chapters the alumni president suggested that to form the recruitment committee. it was agreed by the majority and thus the committee created. hereunder are the recruitement committee:
